Had an amazing time with friends! We caught a couple of Broadway shows and loved the eco-friendly vibe here. The staff was super helpful, and the rooms were comfy with a great design. Plus, the cozy cafe downstairs had awesome snacks! Definitely recommend for a fun group stay.

The only downside was a long wait for our dinner from room service one night. It was frustrating, especially after a busy day. But the hotel did try to make it right.

The wood-fired pizzas were a highlight during the stay, as well as the cozy ambiance of the bar. However, the room felt a bit small and could have benefited from more storage space. Despite the comfortable beds, housekeeping missed a few toiletries, which was a slight inconvenience.

However, the funky smell from those corridor plants was a bit much. Also, I had a hiccup with my deposit that took way longer to sort out than it should have—definitely left a sour taste.
